It holds real conversations, gives gentle reminders, and offers repeated reassurance on the phones or tablet the person already uses, drawing on a personalized knowledge base of their people, routines, and interests that the family provides. What most sets it apart is that, for dementia support, it can speak in a familiar family member's own cloned voice (with consent) and is grounded in person-centered memory-care practice and peer-reviewed research rather than call-screening.
